Your trust matters to us. This policy explains, in plain language, what information RecruiterBee handles, how we use it, and the control you have over it.
RecruiterBee is a product of Super Biller Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (company number 10737846), which is the data controller for the information described here.
The short version: we only handle the information you give us or add to your own workspace, we use it solely to run the service for you, we never sell it, and you can export or delete it at any time.
Information we handle
We handle two kinds of information:
- Your account details — your name, work email and sign-in credentials, so you can log in and we can support you.
- The information you add to your workspace — the candidates, notes, messages and settings you choose to put into RecruiterBee to do your work.
We do not ask for information you don't need to give, and we do not use your workspace for anything other than providing the service to you and your team.
How we use it
We use the information above to operate RecruiterBee for you: to show your workspace, run the features you use, keep the service reliable and secure, and answer your support requests. That's it.
What we never do
- We never sell your information or your workspace to anyone.
- We never post, connect or message on your behalf without an action you take.
- We never share your data with other customers.
Security
Security is built into how RecruiterBee works:
- Encryption — your data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
- Least privilege — access is limited to what's needed to run and support the service, and is logged.
- You stay in control — actions happen because you take them; nothing is sent, posted or connected on your behalf automatically.
- Isolation — your workspace is kept separate from other customers'.
If you ever have a security question or concern, contact us and we'll respond promptly.
Your control
- Access and review the information in your workspace at any time.
- Export your data whenever you need it.
- Delete your data or close your account — and we remove it.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to keep the service running securely. We do not use them to track you across other sites.
